PetroSelect CT Fatigue
CT Fatigue joins two disciplines normally handled by separate tools coiled tubing operations monitoring and string fatigue management, into one workspace. The string you design is the string the job runs, and the string the fatigue is charged to. There is no export step between them.
Main Operation Dashboard
Every panel is driven by the same job clock. The header carries the project name, the data readiness chips, Survey, Model, Real Data, Completion, and Load Data, save, analysis, help and about.
Post Job Analysis
Summary figures, the CT string coloured by wall thickness with its legend, and the Pipe Life plot, with Diameter one click away, sharing the string’s core-end window.
Von Mises Operating Limit
The yield envelope for the pipe in use, with maximum working pressure, test pressure and maximum tension drawn against it, and the operating point placed from the force and differential pressure at the cursor. The badge reports whether the string is within limits.
Weight vs Depth
Modelled and acquired weight for both directions; click the legend to hide a trace.
3D Deviation Survey
Imported stations rendered as a trajectory that can be dragged to orbit, with the well schematic and the string’s position on it.
